The rooms were neat and well laid out, with coffee and a view of Lagoa. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. - the location on top of the hill was nice and magnificent.

All in all good value. Satisfactory breakfast, lovely views, brilliant location just next door to the bay, Obidos and many a more pretentious restaurant. Big room with private bathroom and central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. Exceptionally comfortable beds, great pool. The very, very nice staff working throughout the hotel.

The standard room was well-designed and had convenient access to hot beverages within a short distance.

The view from our room across the lagoon was fantastic and the room was big and light. The shower broke during our stay and it was reported by the maid and fixed immediately.

Hotel is located in a beautiful location, the hotel has great views, better than from the beach or from the town. The hotel has very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel prices is relatively little of its location and room amenities.

This hotel provides all the facilities for an enjoyable stay at a budget price, It also provides amazing views over the lagoon and ocean.

Little parkingspace in the lower region. Lots of stairs and steep hills in the resort. Very clean and cold atmosphere in bar and restaurant. Hardly anything to eat in bar after late arrival, although the menu promised several options. Superior room is nothing but a standard room with a minibar and sea/lake view. As the website said that all the rooms have sea/lake view, it didnt really feel like a superior room. Superior room has a sitting area and a eating area according to the website. There was one chair squeezed in the small room. Hardly a sitting area. No idea what was supposed to be the eating area.

The hotel is very suitable for people that like to swim or to walk. It is possible to swim in the ocean but also in the more quiet water of the internal lake. From Foz Do Arelho it is easy to visit the castle of Obidos or the town Caldas da Rainha which offers a daily open market market. The hotel offers a free well protected parking space at walking distance from the beach.

The internet works fine but is a little bit unhandy because for each access a new (free of charge) password has to be obtained at the reception and the wifi is only located in a limited area of the hotel (partly in the open).

Service was pretty good here, but some staff members weren't all that friendly 😕.
